Etude House If Story nail Kit #4 " if the White Witch Melts with Love " Swatch

Lovely Etude House 2012 Limited Christmas Edition "If Story"nail polish set. This is White / Snow Witch Kit. It contains two different 9 ml polishes with same features.

- One has clear base with large white dots and strips and large blue glitter dots.
- Another is soft nude pinky-beige base polish with different size multi color glitter and silver strips.

On mine photos polishes are with 3 coats. I am not fan of big glitter polishes, but this are perfect for winter holiday manicures.

My new babys, OPI Skyfall minis!!!

Instantly had to do my nails with them, I used beautiful OPI "The Spy who loved me" named red polish. I can describe it as light, bright red color with some tiny, micro gold glitter shine. Good color to match red dress and gold accessories, but there is nothing fatal, James Bondish to me, I am more to dark, bloody reds. So on top of 2 coats of red polish I added 1 coat of gold OPI "GoldenEye" polish.

 It happened to look like tiny gold flakie glitter on my nails like this, but I it can also look like beautiful opaque gold polish in other circumstances, then it used separately.

Etude House Wannabe Perfumed Syrup Gradation Nails

Korean Etude House Wannabe Perfumed Syrup Nails set just amazes me by only looking at it. Its perfect! After applying it, I can image myself  using only this set. It is suitable everywhere: work, free-time, date ...

This set actually is from Etude Houses 2011  collection, so it a bit old already. It was a bit hard to find.  It is a gradation polish set so it creates a gradient look on your nail, you can see guide how it is done at the bottom of this sentence.

 

Etude House have already at market their more updated gradation polish sets. I had written about one lately. But they all are slightly smaller, and this set's color combination is unique. 

  

One thing what I also love about this nail polishes is  their smell, it is like a wild roses! I didn't noticed it at first, also I didn't expect this. I thought at name this "Wannabe Perfumed" was only beautiful words. I was wrong! All three polishes are perfumed polishes! And they are perfect as individual or in combination.  

You can see my nails, there is 1 coat of whitish polish, 2 coats of silverish polish and 2 coats of third polish which contains a little bit more base color in pink and pinkish - silverish glitters.

Nothing left to say, only Cawaii!!!

P.S. I stoped writing double text in finnish cos I am lazy, then I am not, I will write again.

Cherries on nails were too much, but needed

Hi! Good news I got some more gradient polish sets to show you!

But I want to do my nails for special appointment so I be back with some gradient manicure soon.

I also got myself  two new special stamping polishes in red and green.  I couldn't wait to try them so I stamped images on my current manicure so it's overall a bit too complicated.

Red color was a little too light to compare with my China Glaze Ruby Pumps tips so I added some drop of Ruby Pumps polish. Green stamping polish had rich color. On top I added China Glaze Fairy dust polish, which is one of my favourites along with Ruby Pumps and some others. I know it was too much :)

Depend neon yellow with flowers

White base color, one coat of my old Swedish Depend neon yellow #035 polish and Konad black flowers from stamping plate M74.

Dependin neon keltainen lakka 1 kerros, pohjaksi on laitettu perus valkoinen lakka pari kerrosta.  Päälle lisäsin kukkat Konad M74 laatasta.

Really vibrant colors. I love how outstanding it turned out.

Etude House Juicy Cocktail Gradation Nail Set #4 Mint Frappe

Hi! I got mine new polish set to show you. It's Etude House Juicy Cocktail Gradation Nail Set. Etude House is famous Korean makeup brand. I got my set from Ebay and I think gonna get some more colors later.

Hei! Minun on pakko esittää mun uusi lakkasetti. Se on Etude House Juicy Cocktail Gradation Nail Setti. Etude House on suosittu Korean brandi. Sain setin haltuun Ebay'in kautta ja uskon että tilattaisiin enemmän värivaihtoehtoja tulevaisuudessa.

I ordered Mint Frappe set, which is greenish-blue one in picture. Well, I think I got almost same result. Except base color were more transparent. In mine manicure I used 2 coats of it, after I used 2 coats on second polish with more color and some glitters in it and at the end added third polish with big glitters. Glitters were hard to add in right places. I used 2 or 3 coats depending on how they stuck. See scheme.

Tilasin Mint Frappe setin, joka on vihertävän sininen kuvassa. Luulen, sain melkein saman tuloksen. Paitsi pohjaväri oli läpinäkyvämpi. Omaan manikuriin käytin 2 kerrosta siita, sitten toinen lakkaa, missä oli enemmän väriä ja glittereita ja lopuksi kolmas lakkaa, missä oli isoja glittereita. Glittereiden kanssa oli ongelmia. Ne tartui huonosti paikoihin mihin olisi tarkoitus ne lisätä. Katso ohje.

Tangles on CG Knotty

 

China Glaze Knotty polish from China Glaze Anchors Away Spring 2011 Collection. Manicure contains China Glaze Knotty 4 coats, cos it's quite transparent with less and I don't like it in this occasion.  On top I added lines with black nail art polish and some parts were filled with glitter nail art polish. I wasn't thinking anything while doing it so there is no sense in this lines. On ring finger I stamped flower from Konad m82 plate.


China Glaze Knotty on kevään 2011 kokoelmasta tuttu lakka. Nyt kaivaisin sen esiin ja tein semmoisen manin kynsiin. Laitoin 4 kerrosta lakkaa, koska se on hyvin läpinäkyvää kärjessä. Sen voi käyttää hyvänä nudelakkana käyttäen yhtä kerrosta. Tassa tapauksessa halusin kyllä kunnon väriä. Sitten lisäsin viivat mustalla nail art lakalla, sekä hopealla glitter nail art lakalla jotain satunnaisia viivoja ja kulmien täydennyksia. Nimettömään sormeen läitoin kukka kuvio Konad m82 laatasta.

Lubu heels rockz!

One of my favourite polishes is Lubu Heels by China Glaze. Marvellous combination, black base color and a lot of dark red micro glitters, that can be visible or not depending on angle and lightning. With one coat polish is dull grey and see-through, 2 or 3 coats needed to make this polish look the best.

Yksi minun lempi lakoista on China Glazen  Lubu Heels lakka. Hieno kombinaatio, mustalla pohjalla paljon tumma punaisia micro glittereita, jotka ovat näkyvillä tai ei riippuen kulmasta ja valosta. Yhdellä kerroksella kynnellä lakkaa näyttää tylsältä läpinäkyvältä ja harmaalta, mutta 2 - 3 kerrosta tekevät siitä tummemman ja rikkaamman.
